Pacific Light Data Communication Co., Ltd. (PLDC), joint owner of the Pacific Light Cable Network (PLCN) is pleased to announce today the grant of a Services-Based Operator (SBO) License from the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) of Hong Kong.

While building the PLCN submarine cable system, PLDC is continuing to expend our networks to provide Internet Access Services (IAS) and International Value-Added Network Services (IVANS) for the major carriers and OTT companies with the SBO license.

PLDC is looking forward to a more diversified product portfolio to serve our customers.
