Pacific Light Data Communication Co., Ltd. (PLDC) was founded in October 2015 in Hong Kong, the heart of Asia, is set to become a leading communication service provider.
PLDC is the co-owner of the new subsea cable PLCN (Pacific Light Cable Network) directly connecting Hong Kong and Los Angeles. PLCN includes the C+L technology, providing high-speed, low latency and more secure bandwidth to all Internet users.
